The employees are always friendly and the food is always delicious. This is my favorite subway location to visit

Really dumb cupon policy. Would not take a cupon because what I ordered had onions and peppers toasted on it.
Who has ever heard of a Subway who doesn't accept Subway coupons? Had a coupon for $6.99 footlong and got to the cash register and found out the coupon is no good and was charged $12.99. I should have just told them to keep it and walked out. I'll never go to that Broad St location again. What a joke. Once again I should have looked at the reviews. Then I find out Subway customer support is joke.
