On August 19, my two sons and I went to this location when we visited the Soo. As I always do, I seated my sons first as they're special needs. The female server behind the counter never greeted us, and while I was getting them sorted, she barked 'Are you going to order or wait'?' in a rude tone. Normally I would have left, but we'd just driven 5 hours and we were tired and hungry. Her attitude while she served me was unfriendly. Very friendly staff . Great service
Absolutely deplorable conditions the food is kept in this location, I walked into for a chicken bacon ranch but the chicken was completely submerged under water, so I opted for a deli style sub but half of the deli meat was rancid, lettuce, green peppers were also rotten. Asked the employee to replace the rancid deli meat and he replied “I cannot”… I walked out and I will never visit this location again. The public health inspector should shut this location down before somebody becomes seriously ill.
