I ordered on the app. When I went to pick up my food, they missed the cookie that I bought. When I went to talk to the girl, she looked visibly annoyed and said I’ll help you in a minute. I waited over five minutes and she was still doing other stuff so I left. When I got home to enjoy what I did get with my order, neither sandwich was toasted, which is not what I wanted. She also was talking to the dude in front of me saying she needs to remake his sandwich. Don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what.
The new sandwich artist that helped me today, Michelle, did an amazing job. Her co-workers and superiors that were there we're also amazing. Everybody that was there today did an amazing job.
Not bad
