I stopped in to the Galena St location this afternoon apparently a few minutes after my friend had been there and left without ordering. She posted a message that the man and woman behind the counter spoke to each other, but ignored her for over 5 minutes while she stood there waiting to be served. They didn't even acknowledge she was there, or say they would be right with her. She said that the woman made a snide comment as she turned to leave. I was served right away. The difference?
