“Ring Bell for service”… no bell, nooo worker came up for 5 mins and I just left. Disappointed.
I’m allergic to a lot of ingredients in common condiments… I don’t expect zero cross-contamination, but not cleaning the knife between subs and dragging the tops of sauces over subs with no sauce is a little excessive. I’m aware that I didn’t lead with the allergy, but I would hope most people wouldn’t make zero effort to keep separate sandwiches separate. The service at this location is horrible. Staff not friendly at all. I will not return to this location.
The top of the Cold table is very dusty. Vegetables not fresh, you can tell they are trying to reduce waste and don’t care about the quality of food. Lettuce red, spinach wilted and tomatoes soggy. Auntie Ann’s pretzel bites were rock hard! Must’ve been sitting for a good while.
