So tired of trying to place orders through your mobile website. They just take the money and never process the order. If the site doesn’t work, take it down. People are hungry, it’s frustrating to keep wasting time and money.
I have been coming to this Subway for over 20 years now. This is the first time in years that I have been unsatisfied with service. I ordered the steak nachos which only comes with select items. I told the lady I was will to pay $2-$3 to add more items. She instantly said no and didn't budge. We got 2 nachos and a drink. She only wanted to give me one napkin. I asked for at least four. I worked harder just standing there watching the woman move at a snails pace. The service is awful. Food ...blah. I'll never be back. They need to retire already and sell the place to people who can keep up and satisfy their customers.
