Today is 12th sept 2025, i went to this location at around 1:30pm in the afternoon for my lunch. I ordered my food, but the lady who was assisting me was very rude. She doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. She was very rude and was not excited that someone is at the shop for food. When i was telling her about my topping, she was putting very less, trust me it was very less. Because of the bad attitude and bad customer service, i didn’t asked for extra topping. Worst subway service ever. Girl at the counter was condescending and stated we only put 3 tomatoes in foot long and they put an extra one for us despite of asking extra veggies. The footling was dry till the edges. Washroom did not have soap in the dispenser and upon asking the girl took me to the kitchen to wash hands. The girl at the counter refused to fix the sub upon asking. Will never recommend this location to anyone. Served a rock solid dry Sub and bread seemed stale as well.
I ordered veggie delite bowl, but in this bowl I got only veggies. I asked the girl who work there why you don’t add rice, bean or corn in this bowl. Her answer was, we serve rice and beans with chicken bowls only. Un-trained and un-experienced employees in this subway. Worst store, this store doesn’t deserve one star but there is no option I have to give them one star. Also look at the photo for quantity of veggies in bowl.
Cookie? 10/10. Everything else? Somewhere between edible and emotional damage. I don’t know why I keep expecting the food to improve — it’s Subway. The sandwich is always wet, the lettuce has been through things, and I still leave confused about my life choices. Also, I hate that every time I search “Subway near me,” I get this place instead of actual public transit. One of these gets me across the city. The other gives me regret on flatbread. That cookie, though… dangerous.
