I always order online for pickup since I have a short lunch break. My order is always ready and always correct - a rarity on fast food these days. The two ladies who work the lunch shift are very friendly and do a great job - they always double check my order before they hand it to me and always have such a pleasant attitude.

This is by far the worst Subway in Columbus. I went in there for the first time since I moved to the west side. First of all she didn’t cut my bread with a knife she tore it apart so the bread couldn’t hold all of my vegetables. More than half of the vegetables had freezer burn and you could see the frost on the side of the tray that they were sitting in. The server looked high and was barely audible.
