I came through the drive-through a little after nine on Monday, April 20. I saw the drive-through sign on, but I think the restaurant might’ve been closed but didn’t realize it until I got to the drive-through. However, the young lady took my order and never mentioned that he may have been closed She was very polite and extremely nice. She paid attention to detail. Just everything about her was awesome.
Stingy with vegetables! And since when is double cheese for a footlong 2 slices? Y'all either raise your prices or figure it out cuz I don't want a sandwich with 4 olives in it, when I ask for extra olives. Came back again... Wildly understaffed now.
Worst customer service from management today. I would be embarrassed if the manager working right now (3-26 10am) was an employee of mine. I called for a simple over charge of product and basically got told "oh well not my problem I have better things to do with my time" and hung up in my face. Very very unprofessional from the beginning of the conversation to the end.
Have been there 3 times and they are always out of egg for breakfast sandwiches. I literally went there 30 minutes after they opened and there was only one… also the girl working had a bad attitude and didn’t really seem to care at all.
This location rips you off, they give you half the meat they are spose to on a wrap. Avoid this location.
