The staff does not change their gloves in between sandwiches! I had the unfortunate mishap of receiving a wrong sandwich from them after placing a mobile order. After getting there, my sandwich wasn’t even done being made, the order was put in 15 minutes before I got there. Long story short, many items on the sandwich were wrong. All the while they’re juggling 5 different orders at once. I thought pick up takes priority? Guess not. When I reached out to customer service, they were of no help of course.
