Came in today and got myself a grilled chicken avocado. Let me say the nice young woman serving me was amazing. Perfect ratios, polite, and worked with diligence. Tipped her for such incredible service not just with my sandwich but with everyone's. Then there was the old guy... Went in the other day to ask a few questions that required the manager's input. He was sitting at one of the tables about to fall sleep, so I had no idea that was the manager. Like for real what manager falls asleep both on the clock, and in the guest dining area?? Never answer drive through. Fourth time sitting there 15 minutes. No answer. Then proceed to take 2 cars back. So it works. Management not helpful at all.
