Extremely rude service especially when calling about an order and asking to put the sub sauce on the side. They refused and then added mayo to the sandwich which was not requested. They then refused to make a new sandwich and said cancel it then. Was in a hurry so just decided to accept it. When I opened it the bottom part of the sandwich was squished in and half of the toppings were outside of the sub. A complete mess. Have ordered from them before and they were fine. I enjoy the food at Subway. I did have an negative experience recently because the digital gift card was not being able to be processed at Subway stores. However, i was able to get help from Jamie who now has several Subway stores. I met him at the Grant store near Superstore and he was able to get my card to be accepted for a transaction. It tuens out that Subway employees were using the giftcard button on the cash registered when they should not have been doing so.
