The restaurant was so hot we broke a sweat as soon as we stepped in. The heavy set female manager in charge took her sweet time making her friends free food before serving us. We stood in line for 30 minutes when there were only two people ahead of us. We watched her hand them free food and then charged us for ours. The bread wasnt full cooked and too soft/squishy. Placed an online order at the wrong High St. location and never received my sandwich. When I called, the manager on duty was extremely rude. Ended up losing my $9, and that was enough for me won’t be ordering from Subway online again. I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s; they customize my lettuce wrap exactly how I like it and actually respect their customers’ time with prompt delivery to campus.
