I come here quite often, but the experience this last time was disappointing. The staff member who helped us was unprofessional and, quite frankly, disrespectful—a little weird dude with a crooked eye. While I was ordering, I mentioned I wanted spinach on my sandwich before it was toasted, not realizing it still had to go in the toaster. Terrible store never order delivery they will rip you off , first time BLT had only 2 slices bacon, 2nd time did not deliver everything I ordered and lied that they put it in the bag but I had video evidence with delivery and sticker had not been tampered with manager hostile, rude and lied about giving me a refund which she never did
Wouldn’t give 1 star- came at opening 8am and was told there were not ready to take any orders . Couldn’t tell me how long it would be till they were ready to serve customers- just lost out on a big order went elsewhere
