I've only ordered from this location cause it's near my job. Both times I had the same unpleasant female worker. Her customer service is poor to put it nicely. She clearly needs more training in that along with making the sandwiches. She burnt my sub the first time so I told her to redo it. Didn't know making sandwiches is such a difficult task for some people.
“I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location in McAllen. In particular, one employee, named Rolando, displayed extremely poor customer service. He spoke harshly to coworkers, acted unprofessionally, and even allowed his hair to fall onto the food. This was unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly.”
Great place for fast food
No fue una buena experiencia creo que el muchacho era nuevo me dio el sándwich sin jamón sin mayonesa estaba todo paniqueado se le junto la gente las galletas en vez de dármelas de chocolate me las dio de avena y pasas en fin un asco de lugar no deberían dejar solo a alguien sin entrenamiento #subway
