I wanted to recognize Jacob for the outstanding service he provided during my visit. My boyfriend and I stopped in, and even though Jacob was working by himself, he was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Went here for lunch and had a very uncomfortable experience. There was one man in line when we got there and he was getting a footlong. There was another footlong waiting on the prep station when the young lady asked me for my order. So I ignored the waiting footlong and gave her my order. There was another worker, she was also working the register. The cashier was helping with sandwiches as well as ringing up the register.
