In all the 10 years, I have been coming to this subway. The workers tonight 9/17/2026 at 7:57pm. The girl with about 7 bags of synthetic hair in her head and no hair net. She asked me to pay for my 4 foot long sandwiches 1st, she asked was how many sandwiches are we getting She didnt say welcome in. We will be right with you. She had not even started making our sandwiches. She said we had to pay 1st. I am not sure what her motive is. I am too old to run and too disabled to fall and I had my 18 month old grandbaby. Both sandwiches were not toasted nor cut. There was also hair in both of the sandwiches. We also waited an hour and thirty minutes.

I went to get some Subway today to avoid cooking dinner; I ordered one with double protein (an extra portion of meat), but they just charged my account without getting the order right. They didn't even toast or cut the second sandwich. The service was terrible, and on top of that, I called to speak to the manager, but no one even answered.
