I was asked when I walked in if I was picking up, I said yes. They pointed to 2 receipts and only one page on the counter. Since it was the only bag I didn’t check the info which was my mistake. Once I got home I realized I had the wrong bag, I had opened the bag and seen more subs than I ordered but did not open the sandwiches. Terrible customer service
I placed my order online immediately called the store after placing my order because there isn’t an option online to toast the sandwiches. I called and asked if they could toast our sandwiches and explained that the option wasn’t online but then they told me that they already made the order? I don’t understand how that would have been possible if I sent it within 1 minute of me calling. They said they could toast it with all the veggies on it and I said no because 1. Woman very rude. Made incorrect sandwich, and when we corrected her- we were told it was our fault. Poor service. Will not return. 7/7/24 3:00pm.
