They need to retrain their staff because they have two young men who, when you introduce yourself, don't greet you. They just stare at you standing there and don't even ask what you want, as if you didn't exist. Very poor service.
The way Lane swiftly assembled my sub and immediately captivated my attention with a meaningful and intelligent conversation that was the most enjoyable 5 minutes purchase I've had.
