i used my partners account and ordered threw subway.com. when my food arrived i was missing my soda, I called the store and told the lady that i was missing my drink. She proceeded to tell me that i would have to call grub hub that it was not her problem. I told her that i did not order through grub hub and she said that it was still not her problem. Well since I can't get a hold of Subway's customer service and since calling the store isn't going to do any good, I guess this is the only place where I can make sure I'm heard, not that anyone can fix this ongoing issue. I have ordered now from this store three times and every single time they do not follow the order instructions. Today's order I received a sloppy helping of a #11 Subway Club, with barely any lettuce, not cut or gutted per ask and drenched in sauce, also not asked. I got the Italian bmt and felt like it had no flavor. I normally go to another location and get the same thing. For some reason it just didn't taste right.
