I walked in to the employee doing the trash then asked me to wait after he finished the trash he goes to the sink to wash his hands but uses no soap and wanted to make my food I left because that's disgusting
Don't order online ,menu not updated
Every time I order ahead they say my subs are ready. I arrive and they still haven’t even made them. Why say they are ready when they aren’t. I wouldn’t have ordered ahead if I wanted to spend 20 minutes in the store waiting.
It's definitely a horrible, horrible visit Customer service is in need of some help at this location EXCEPT one girl named Serenity whom apologized continuously for her coworker For the record if you order online, and do not put everything down that you want Gouthomei will not let you change anything. She will argue with you, she will bash you to her coworker in front of your children
