Worst experience EVER with Subway and we have been in quite a few! My sandwich had 2 huge piles of mayo instead of spread out... Employees acted like they were dumber than a sack of rocks.. Had to repeat EVERYTHING twice! Charged for a tip that we did not authorize! Yes, believe it or not, they expect a tip at subway and charge you if you dont give one, so check your receipts... Placed an online order at the Subway, waiting about 10mins then headed up there. Waited on my order for more than 45mins, kept on getting told "sorry for the wait" and "we are preparing your order now". I have had many experience with this Subway and many times they have not had Mayo or Tomatoes or Meatballs or Nacho sauce. I will not be returning to this location
When you order online they never have what you want not even mayo. Then they dont contact you and then are rude about it when you get there. I think its time for better management!!!!!!! This place was good but going down hill!!!!
We used to really enjoy getting food here, especially when it first opened, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. Lately, it seems like the staff isn’t paying close attention to online orders. Today, I ordered the bacon chicken salad with ranch and double meat—but what I received was the smallest salad I’ve ever gotten from this place, with no bacon and garlic aioli instead of ranch.
