Disgusting
Never again I gave them a chance after last time when we ordered online and they got all 5 sandwiches wrong, bread wasn't fully cooked and burnt pieces of bread but wasn't even toasted. Its always such a pain to order and it's never right!! Its like you have plenty of time when we order online! Last time they tried to charge me for cookies i definitely didnt order and they were in my bag, but she snatched them out. They are completely shut down for god knows what reason but don't turn off their mobile order app or change their hours to inform customers you can't put an order through so my mother and I placed separate orders to be picked up when it said it was "done and ready" (this was around 5pm) we drove up there to get it and the lights were off but the sign said open we tried to call but no answer waited and called back the next day and nothing, so now we have to dispute the chargers through our bank and wait over 10 days to get a ... read more
The meatballs were cold and when I told her she said I have to get the meatballs toasted. She had no bread options and not much left and did not even state that. The vegetables were not fresh and she just seemed like she could care less.
this is a terrible location never gets my order right just shut down already
