Never had a sandwich get more screwed up. Wrong size, wrong bread, and they put olives instead of jalepeños??? It literally says what's supposed to be on it on my bag and they just decided to riff on it. Now I'm hungry, angry, and down $25. Really taught me that I'm better off making my own sandwich .
Customer service was really good.
They don’t accept coupons. When asked why, they said because the owner said so.
I’m a regular at this location and usually have never had a problem except for today when purchasing food. The meat on my sandwich was brown. The discoloration pretty much just turned me off from eating my food.
