We made a quick stop for lunch. All around terrible experience. Did not put any sauce on the pizza sub, no extra pepperoni like she was asked to do. Just assumed the cheese for our chicken teriyaki sub and put the wrong cheeses on it. Bread was too hard/over cooked. They had the metal tops put up vs glass so you could not see them making the food, therefore we did not know all was wrong until it was too late. They did not give a receipt! The person was unable to refund me my money for an item I already paid for because I ordered through the app. Told me to call corporate instead of helping me.
Ordered the $14 garlic roast beef footlong.. cane with one slice of roast beef on each half, and they weren't even whole slices, only covered about 75 percent of the bread
Staff are friendly every day and always make exactly what I want, exactly the way I want it.
