Disappointed, I ordered a footlong sub. Staff prepared the entire sandwich without lettuce and only informed me of the substitution after it was made. I was present during preparation and was not given a choice to modify or cancel. I took it to avoid waste, but that’s not how it should work. Bad service. If you don’t have items, update the online system and tell customers before you make the food.
The staff here is always so nice and they take pride in their work. They have great hours. I’m so glad it’s here
Great service! I wish I noted the young ladies name because she made an excellent sandwich. Seems like a busy location, so all the veggies were extra fresh.
Fabulous experience here thanks to Ramanjot!!! What a kind and quick employee that makes a big Subway feel like a homey, family-run café. The hustle & bustle of Vancouver usually makes staff quick and hasty, but she was the best. All good at Subway!
