They were quick and efficient in preparing our order, and the food was good. It was slow and the dining area needed attention.
Good, quick service
If ordering online, order is always wrong - missing ingredients, improper items, etc. If ordering in store, can't figure out how to use gift cards, put rotten ingredients in that should be discarded, and have to explain that cheese and meat need to be included as they try to skip that every time when ordering meat-based items. Just a terrible experience every time, but it's the only Subway nearby.
