Chancie behind the counter was amazing and very helpful. She made my Italian trio protein pocket and the presentation was amazing!
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service, ordered on the app for everything to be out of stock once I arrive & be told no refund all they can do is offer for us to come back another day to get the food we ordered. Wouldn’t recommend workers weren’t willing to even try & make it right either.
Stopped by there last night for a quick bite. The employee behind the counter was super nice and so helpful! I don't remember her name, unfortunately, but she was so pleasant and made my night! She helped me pick out the harvest turkey sub and it was delicious as I had hoped! So glad I stopped here on my travels :)
You need to replace the employee on this Sunday.Who worked the morning shift. Not only did it take me 20 minutes trying to order 2 subs.Because the app was having glitches and then even on the website.I couldn't pay with any card.I tried until I did Google Pay.So it's very frustrating. Then to top it off. When I place the order. The kid who was so eager to get off his shift. I called the store 4 times and each call rang for over a minute. I used to work in that store so it’s not too hard to answer the phone during a lunch rush as long as there’s two people. this store has just gotten worse and worse since 2020. they don’t bother to answer the phone nor do they call you and let you know if something is out of stock, they just put whatever they think would be fine and don’t tell you about any changes or anything.
