Ordered a delivery order, and paid for a drink but never got a drink. Manager sent one incomplete email and hasn’t answered my email since. Not willing to give any further explanation as to why I was missing my drink and not willing to compensate.
This is the worst subway I've ever been to. I can't tell you how many times they have messed up my online pick-up order and today they messed up again, and when I went back , instead of making a new breakfast sandwich, they just added bacon to the one they messed up on. Terrible. Learn to double check online orders before you make them.
The new foot long nachos need different packaging, half the toppings and most of the sauce gets stuck at the top of the bag, kind of frustrating
Food is as to be expected, but customer service is severally lacking. It's painful to try and get the staff to make the sandwich the way you want. It feels like I'm inconveniencing them by ordering from their restaurant.
They make subs. They are good.
