I placed a pick up order of two foot long tuna subs thru the app. The workers in the store had my order ready when I arrived. When I got home to eat my sandwich both my sandwich and my boyfriend’s sandwich had stale hard bread. I have never had a worse sandwich from subway until today!!!! Also no Mayo when I asked for mayo on the subs. I ordered one toasted and one not and the toasted one was hard as a rock you could literally knock on the bread and hear it. Honestly amazing service from Nathan! No hassle and great vibes :D and the food is great as always.
Have ordered twice from here, each time it has been wrong or just made with such mess. First, my sandwich felt like it had been dipped in oil. It was too greasy to hold. Then my drink was not what I ordered (understandable if they were out of stock). The next time I had ordered my sandwhich had almost none of what I ordered on it, with an atrocious amount of mayonnaise.
