Generally, they only staff a single employee, so the lines can get long at times if they get slammed, but the employees are generally friendly and helpful. Twice now, I've had to wait while the single employee takes bread off the rack and loads it into the breadbox, which seems like a job that could be done on a lull between customers, but I guess it takes precedence?
I give it 1 star because the new app is awful. This restaurant is great. We have never had a problem. However subway screwed up when they changed the app. No more coupons and the took my $2 rewards I had left on top of it. It was much better to use a coupon like buy a footlong get one for a $1. I don't always want a footlong but my husband does so I earn nothing and his goes twords a free sub. This was not designed to be customer friendly. You really need to take a better look at the meas you made.
This has got to be one of the best subway locations I’ve been too! Quick with service, always friendly! Never skimps on on anything you ask for. We come here often for a quick meal!
