Food and service from staff was 5 star. However they denied to accept coupons from Subway app. Very disappointing after ordering were refused. Management should let people know ahead if they are not same as other subway.
I had an amazing experience at the Subway in Waterton Park! I ordered a big veggie sandwich and mentioned my meat allergy. Mr. Colin went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe and clean for me. He changed his gloves, used a separate knife, and prepared the sandwich with great care and hygiene.
