Employees are very rude and disrespectful didn’t give me my hole sandwich only have
Ordered through Uber Eats and had a very disappointing experience. My tuna sandwich was overloaded with mayonnaise to the point that it was difficult to eat. My drink arrived warm with no ice, and an item I paid for was missing. When I called the store, I was told to contact Uber Eats, and Uber Eats only issued a partial credit. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the quality or accuracy I expect from Subway.
The two young men working at this location have absolutely no clue what they are doing. If you pay with a card, pay attention, because they will over charge you. They have a 6" cold cut combo for $3.99 up on the board and they tried to charge me like 8 bucks. When I point to the menu board they just blink and stare. The other guy squirted mayo onto my sandwich, mayo flying everywhere. Would not let me use a coupon for an Italian BMT which I ALWAYS get after they promised I could at first , then notified me that I actually couldn't halfway through the sandwich making process . I walked out and they are NOT getting my business anymore ! THEY SUCK DO NOT GO HERE AND SUPPORT RIPOFFS
