Just came in for sandwich the lady is super rude and have a bad attitude. Can't belive it.. will not be coming back in this store if she is serving. Her name is Fabula.. its 12:50pm and her topping are not even out. I ask her for the soup , she gave me half cup soup , which was cold , I asked to fill it up. She denied and ask me not to buy it , she can eat it later .. ridiculous.
9/03/25. (12:30pm) I dont know the employees name but she's a short skinny lady with glasses. She needs to be retrained and take a customer service class she is EXTREMELY rude. This location lost a customer today.
Service is great but common only one person makes the owner of this place look cheap and abuses there employee at least 2 so they can take a break or even go for the restroom unbelievable
PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worker there Itzel it's so short with her answers. I submitted my order online and it has extra cucumbers, she put 5!!!! On a Footlong!! I mentioned that I had requested extra, she said I did, umm it only has 5 slices.... she said it only comes with 4 slices.... so the 5th slice was my "extra" are you freaking kidding me??!!!! I asked for vinegar and she gave me like 1 squirt for a freaking FOOOTLONG SUB!!! These sandwiches are not cheap, but this freaking store is ridiculous I AM DONE WITH T... read more
