Came in on 07/19/2025 got a colecut sub for my car drive to Indianapolis got half way opened my sandwich took a bite tasted terrible an ingredient was bad ruined my sandwich been emailing subway they keep ignoring me terrible costermer service
Burnt and when I was telling him what i wanted he said I wasn't able to customize it when all i wanted to do was add banana peppers.
The people work in the subway they’re so rude specially, the manager her name Jane she is rude Doesn’t know how to speak to customer the Staff same thing they’re making a bad sandwiches They did not fall up that direction when you placed the order online when you’re asking for extra thing they’re always put in last they’re cheap rude .
This place actually deserves 0 stars. Went there on 1/6/23 just a little before noon to see 2 works at the cashier the whole time helping a customer. Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged but that never happened. For the 10 minutes waiting, I couldn’t help but notice all of the meat turning. It looked brownish like as if it was sitting too long. Disgusted. Won’t be returning. Do better.
