I am Guri so first time i stopped at this location because I am a truck driver and I am so hungry today and all restaurants are closed night time so I already came on time before closed but after that they already closed all doors before 20 minutes
I got barely a half of bowl of soup asked if I can pay extra to fill cup up! She was sooooo rude! Like she absolutely needs to not work with public ! I’m very upset! Would not give me more at allll! It wasn’t even a whole 2 scoops! Absolutely will call cooperate! She would not give me her name! I’m soooooo upset! Not only that the soup wasn’t even stirred up it was nasty!!!! Picture woman on right! RUDE ABSOLUTELY RUDE
One sandwich has literally no chicken and was only bacon and cheese. The other sandwich I paid for extra meat and extra cheese. I did not get any extra and it had NO cheese at all or sauce and bread was wrong. The cashier was very friendly but I don’t think I’ll ever go to subway again bc of how much they suck at making sandwiches. With no way to get a refund in the app.
Food was low quality. Foot long tuna sandwich had a lot of lettuce with minimum amount of tuna. Ambience was good.
