TL;DR: Poor customer service & refusal of a reasonable request for more lettuce. Visited this location on Monday, July 13 at around 6:20 p.m., and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. When we walked in, the staff member had AirPods in and asked us to wait to order while they stepped off to the side. Srsh was very kind and professional. The sandwiches were delicious, and the service was excellent!
UPDATE: the manager stated that the overcharge refund would automatically return to my account after making me pay for my order twice. It in fact DID NOT automatically returned and I had to call the restaurant 6x+ to connect with the manager. Even getting hung up on the phone 2x over the span of 2 days. It’s honestly just horrendous because I had to reach out again to received my refund and drive all the way back to this location to receive my cash refund.
