Placed an online order and reached the store on time, but my food wasn’t ready. The old guy there said he “missed the notification” and then started making my bowl only after I arrived. Not only did this waste my time, but he also made it carelessly – missed cheese and many of the items I had actually selected. It's a pretty regular subway but what makes this place standout is Gerleen's friendly service (I hope I'm spelling her name properly- I'm here on Wed Sept 17 at 11:30am). I have celiac disease and she was very thoughtful as to the proper precautions to avoid cross contamination. Well done! Management should give this employee a raise! Thank you!!!
