Heemanshi from Lime Ridge branch is great at her job. She was extremely polite and generous with her recommendations. The sub was well prepared and was customized as per my liking. Great work guys. Keep it up!!!

Terrible experience at this Subway. Staff and management actively reneg on advertised deals through the app. Submitted multiple orders with an advertised deal on the app that included potato ring and a drink with any sub and the staff refused to complete the order as submitted due to an “online issue” that actively reneged on the deal. The staff were unhelpful and the manager was completely unwilling to honour advertised deals in the app. Full on false advertising with no empathy whatsoever. Terrible experience.
As an employee in the mall I am always mobile ordering to avoid the lineups and frequently get subway sometimes multiple times in a week. The women who work there are very kind and attentive, but a few weeks ago I had placed an order. I did not realize I had accidentally placed the mobile order to the wrong location (across the street) and I was on my 25 min break. Poor service. No customer friendly at cash counter and adding the toppings without checking the customer’s choice.
