I am currently in line and have been here for 40 minutes. There is a big line behind me with a sign that says be right back. They have told us nothing, even though there are two of them back there doing stuff.
This place is horrendous. One of the workers berated me and called me dumb to my face which is unacceptable considering I have an intellectual disability. All of the workers are lazy and unfit for work.
I ordered a footlong online using the app. I then received an email 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup saying that my order was canceled. I walked up to the counter asking why my order was canceled and got an immediate “we never got it” response. Nobody even bothered to check what may have went wrong. I tried explaining that I ordered online using Apple Cash and that I had no other funds on me. I was presented with immediate attitude and confusion from the cashier. A son of a viper works here. In all seriousness this was the worst subway experience of all time, and we've been to them in numerous states..perhaps the worst fast food experience of all time, with that being said, the sandwiches, when they actually got made by the inebriated staff, were actually half decent.
