I hope the owner/manager sees this The 3 female employees working the front today at around 1130am were AMAZING! top notch service, made friendly/delicious suggestions, and worked super efficiently! I had the pleasure of witnessing what looked to be an absolute nightmare of an order and they handled it with such grace and professionalism. Great crew today and my sandwiches were perfect!
Subway isn’t usually our first choice, but we needed something quick and reliable — and typically, Subway fits the bill. Not this location. The whole point of Subway is the assembly line ordering process, but this place felt like chaos. Staff were yelling orders across the counter, customers were confused, and people who ordered last somehow got their food first. Definitely not the smooth, efficient experience we expected. Be warned before going to this one.
