used to get subs here all the time. won't go back. the sub had barely any meat, the toppings were gross. the lettuce was wilted and rust coloured, the tomatoes were room temperature flavourless and obviously old. the cucumber was a weird colour and limp. the italian herb and cheese bread was not the same as it used to be, barely any herbs, and was so old it was hard to chew. was very disappointed with the food and employee making the sub didn't put what i asked even though i repeated it several times. very cheap with the top... read more
I have celiac disease and a lot of fast food places cannot cater to that even though they try. The staff at the upper gauge and fennel location in Hamilton are amazing I never have to question anything that they do they're always super friendly and they always make my food with caution I'm very appreciative of them and I continue to only go to this location for that reason. Please keep up the great work
