Management! This place is filthy from fan to ceiling to Ac vents! The entire place needs cleaned. Staff is slow. Nadia made our sandwich it was meh. The place is so dirty! The guy with hat that was filthy was slow and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He was in the back and didn't care. We waited awhile to get service. Please clean this filthy place!!!! Also get off phones and have some customer service. .
Right in the middle of lunch and no one is manning the store. Sign says be back in 15 minutes. People in line saying they already waited that long. My lunch break isn't that long to stand around waiting for people to show up to work. Luckily there is a Jesery Mike's right next door to save the day!
Went to get a sandwich and employee stated the computer system was going to clock her out for 15 minutes automatic and she wasn’t going to be available after she completed the current sandwich she was working on. I’m pretty sure computer systems don’t do that. Bad customer service.
