The staff was great the food is great but just a heads up when you use one of their coupons some of their sandwiches do not qualify for the coupons had to pay full price for both sandwiches because they won't accept my coupon the coupon should have said that certain sandwiches were not allowed to be used with the coupons
The food was okay but the service was awful. I couldn’t go through the drive thru for my pick up order and when I went in she took my phone to confirm the order was correct. Never been to a subway that’s takes your phone to confirm it’s you picking up the order.
My husband and I always love forward to stopping at the Faribault subway! When traveling up north from Iowa. And on the way home too !! ! The workers are fast, efficient and definitely friendly!! It is so nice to see service like this !! Thank you so much !! And the place is clean !!
Very kind service, but the food was horrible! Why bother with the drive thru Kios.... to put exactly what you want and they give you sandwiches with Jalapeos TONS .... both sandwiches that were ordered had a bunch. Neither one was ordered with Jalapeos to be added! Didn't know sandwiches were covered in Jalapeos till got home (1/2 hour out of Faribault) was so upset cause we had planned a Mom an Daughter night and it was upseted by our extreme spicy sandwiches. 😕
