So I am very very picky. I have severe OCD on the way. My sandwiches are made. This subway here has been the first subway in a very long time i can’t tell you how long that has made my sandwich exactly the way I asked made it absolutely perfect not sloppy not stuff falling out all over the edges. The employees here are an absolute delight on my trips through Fairbault. This will be my guaranteed to go to lunch spot. Great job….
One of the worst subways I've ever been in. They don't even know how to communicate with there guest.
I walked in and I saw a sandwich sitting in a bag by the toasters. Nothing in the mobile order spot. I said my name and they said it would be ready soon. I waited 15 minutes and when I asked they said oh here, AND HANDED ME THE ONE BY THE TOASTERS THAT HAD BEEN THERE THE WHOLE TIME. Then tried to claim I didnt have a soda when the receipt said it. Then the sandwich didnt have double meat so got charged for nothing.

The service was fast and friendly. I was surprised how quickly the line moved during a weekday lunch. I appreciate when a chain can deliver on those.
