Completely rude from the moment I open the door. I walk in and The stank eye I’m receiving is unbelievable for someone who has never been to this subway before, then wants to get mad because I ask for lettuce?? Summertown needs to shut this place down.
This is like the 3rd time visiting this location. I thought maybe it was a mistake the first and second time. After today, I know it is not. The owner needs to take the time to read his reviews on google. Subway provides a tray for measuring meat for your sandwiches. When you order a foot long the tray is to be filled with meat. 1 Star – Never Again If I could give zero stars, I would. This Subway is the definition of “you had one job.” The customer service is painfully bad—like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. The sandwiches? Sloppily thrown together with the enthusiasm of a wet sock. Bread was stale, veggies looked like they’d been on vacation under a heat lamp, and don’t even ask about the meat. Employee is rude and disrespectful of customers. There is an odd smell in the building and the guy is probably cutting meat with his toenails in the back. The lawrenceburg subway is 1 million times better.
