I completely understand that this is a busy little city. Lines get long, people get flustered. It’s understandable. But to openly treat customers like garbage is not ok. There was a poor woman sitting there for the whole 30-45 minutes that I was waiting in line. She went up and asked the little blonde girl with glasses if her food was almost done, the girl then said she didn’t get her order and then accused the woman of ordering from a different Subway. Today I went into the Subway to grab a sandwich. As I was finishing checking out I got very lightheaded and the employee asked if I wanted a chair and I declined but as I was walking to a booth I passed out and the worker named Austin worked very fast to help get me alert and to call the paramedics. I give a very big shoutout to that worker Austin who was very professional and got a job well done and did as much as he could until professional help arrived.
