Ordered my sub on the app, just like I always do, and selected a bottled pepsi. When I came in to pick up my order, I went to get my drink out of the refrigerator, like I always do, and the older lady behind the counter started fussing at me, "No sir!" and slams a cup down on the counter at me, "you get a cup!" When I tried to explain that I ordered a bottled drink, she cut me off, tapped the cup on the counter several times and said bottles don't come with the combo. According to the app, they do. They short you on meat ....90% of my sub is toppings ...1 layer of meat....probably wont go here again...reading other reviews it seems this happens to everybody
The food tasted fine, but the lady making my food did not put a lot of meat at all. She cut me short on all the sauces I got including all the vegetables then didn’t wanna put 2 different vinaigrettes on it. She proceeded to charge me 15$ for the thinnest sandwich Ive ever gotten from subway.
I had a terrible experience and ended up walking out of this establishment. There was only one person working and I was on my lunch. He didn’t have anything ready and kept having to get supplies from the back. I took my daughter to the bathroom but told him what I wanted on my sandwich. Once I got out of the bathroom not only did he not have the sandwich prepared, but he also proceeded to tell me and my 5 year old daughter we had to go to the back of the line.
Don’t order online on the weekends. The guy doesn’t understand The concept of ordering online He assumes that when you show up, that’s when he supposed to start making it.
