Went in to order 3 pepperoni meatball Subs. Which is clearly on the menu. Was told the wont make them. They dont sell enough to have meatballs. Just unbelievable.
I made a DoorDash order that was the sun of the day with either chips or cookies and drinks. One combo was completed and the other was sent without the drink. I tried to contact the store and to no avail, the phone number is for some Jet customer. They refuse to make any outside contact with anyone tried several times throughout the day to make contact an unsuccessful. Placed a mobile order that wasn’t able to be picked up due to a staff member on break. Came back a day later and the GM Nikki handled the situation professionally and diligently. She gave me a full refund and complimentary meal. Mike, an employee, delivered on a scrumptious sandwich to which I devoured half and gave the other half to a homeless man. 10/10 staff 10/10 sandwich
