Worst experience I've had at a Subway, so far. I placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 5:55 pm. When I arrived,I was told it will l wasn't ready because the employee was waiting for the "bread to finish baking". After seeing two previous orders AND a walk-in - yes, a walk-in! - leave before I rcv'd my order, without any apology, I decided I wasn't returning. I finally walked out with my order at 6:36 pm. Not doing this again. ☹️
It was great love coming to get my food from them
Asked the girl directly can you give me fresh bed. She said ok. Get home and the bread is stale! If the bread was just cooked why is it dry and tough? I've had fresh bread before at other locations. Tired of paying 13$ for a sub and can't get fresh bread at 9AM!! THIS LOCATION SUCKS
Brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes, and the employee seemed bothered to have a customer and had an attitude. I should have just left bc my sandwich was not good.
The women's restroom was out of service, and the men's restroom had a huge shit on the floor between the toilet and the wall. I should have just left when I saw that. The worker also didn't let me sub turkey for ham on the BMT. I would've paid extra? Would not recommend.
