i have been a regular for this place for 2 years. visiting 3 times per week. i dont normally like subway but Maya kept this one so clean that i was good with eating here. she left and it is visibly crumbling. today being the last time i will go. the new staff run out of everything and let the bread stale. Every time i go there is a dirty resturant with tables needing cleaned and the area that they slide your sandwich is filthy. Friendly and nice service
Went there to get some food and when It was my turn in line after waiting at least over 15 minutes, I guess they had a DoorDash order that the employee had not even started, he tell me that I’m going to have to wait some more because he needed to get the order done. The dashers had just came in. I’m just frustrated because I have gone to this location multiple times and this has never happened. The employee was really slow, moving without a care in the world. I ordered a free sandwich , I came in to pick it up & when I give my name I’m told by the girl DoorDash took it instead. She says I can take the other sandwich or I can buy another. I explain I’m a vegetarian and I used my free sandwich and she tells me to put in a complaint and that’s all she can do for me. 👏🏽 good job girly added another 1star review for yall . great attitude! it’s “not your fault” but your the employee!
We walked in the kid working did not acknowledge us at all. Stood there for a few mins, nothing. Mind you we are the ONLY customers in there. Finally i said hi and he looked up at us like we were bothing him and went back to what he was doing.
