I ordered a free sandwich , I came in to pick it up & when I give my name I’m told by the girl DoorDash took it instead. She says I can take the other sandwich or I can buy another. I explain I’m a vegetarian and I used my free sandwich and she tells me to put in a complaint and that’s all she can do for me. 👏🏽 good job girly added another 1star review for yall . great attitude! it’s “not your fault” but your the employee!
We walked in the kid working did not acknowledge us at all. Stood there for a few mins, nothing. Mind you we are the ONLY customers in there. Finally i said hi and he looked up at us like we were bothing him and went back to what he was doing. After a few more mins my mother in law asked him if he was going to be making our sandwiches or was someone else going to wait on us. He said someone else. This has to be the worst subway. I ordered a BLT wrap with extra bacon. Didn’t even get one piece of bacon. And this happens over half the time I order from here. Wrong or missing ingredients. I’m fed up.
only one seemed like newly trained person there. dude not greet me, did not mention 7 go jobs in front of me. finally after customer in front walked out and I waited through 2 go orders I asked and he said how many more. he was very young and very slow and all alone. I. left and so did the 2 customers behind me. plenty of other locations. wasted 25 minutes of my day for nothing. wont be back
