I just ordered sandwiches for my husband, my son, and I. There was just 1 teen working, he looked busy. I just had a pickup order and they were ready when I got there. Let me just say HANDS DOWN that these were the best sandwiches any of us have EVER had. I regret not getting that teenagers name because he certainly deserves recognition (and probably a raise). I've been eating subway my entire life and it has never come close to being this tasty. 10/10. I hope that guy is working every time we go from now on!
I had a very poor experience with Amanda who works at the Cottonwood Shores location. I came in holding my toddler who can’t walk yet and I’m also 9 months pregnant. She was working on an online order and told me it would be “a while”. I respectfully let her know that it’s actually pretty difficult for me to hold my daughter for an extended time due to the pregnancy and asked if she could just get our sandwiches started first. i have been a regular for this place for 2 years. visiting 3 times per week. i dont normally like subway but Maya kept this one so clean that i was good with eating here. she left and it is visibly crumbling. today being the last time i will go. the new staff run out of everything and let the bread stale. Every time i go there is a dirty resturant with tables needing cleaned and the area that they slide your sandwich is filthy.
