I want to give a huge shoutout to Randy at this Subway location for going above and beyond to ensure my food was safe to eat. I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which means I have to be extremely cautious about cross-contamination with mammalian products. Randy took my allergy seriously from the start: he changed gloves, used fresh utensils, and even gathered ingredients straight from the cooler to avoid any possible contamination. Am very disappointed with this particular subway. I have ordered from them multiple times and they can never seem to get my order right. The directions are written clearly on the label but they are never followed.
Visited store one afternoon and the place was very busy. Surprisingly enough service was still very fast and the employees were very friendly, and welcoming unlike the Stuart location.
Second time going there and didn't have any tuna! Went yesterday evening at 5:30pm and asked for tuna and the lady working said the girl that opened that day didn't make any!!! HELLO! IF ITS ON THE MENU YOU SHOULD HAVE FOOD PREPARED!! Someone doesn't want to do there job! And if you don't have it to make how about putting a sign up! Where is the manager??? Supposed to make sure things are getting done.Or was this the manager???? I can a sure you i will not visit this subway again!
I was there Friday Evening and it was total chaos. The bar where sandwiches are made was nasty with bits if food everywhere. The girl worker was busy telling all her co workers business… from one taking vacation next week to their love life. She also decided to make herself nachos instead of waiting on customers. The young man had to go to his car to get money to buy himself cookies while leaving customers waiting.
