Ordered thru the app to take advantage of BOGO. Both sandwiches were wrong - no tomatoes even though it was on the order and I paid extra for avocado which was absent. This is the second time with no avocado. I had to fight to get reimbursed for it the first time. I guess we're not going back there anymore.
It's apparent that this stores management does not care about employees or guest experience. Avoid this location. They always have 1 employee every day. With door dash and other people in store , 1 person is not enough. How come manager or owner can't come in and help. They obviously don't care about customers at all

Amanda was wonderful. Got there at open, had to use the restroom. She was not agitated with me, in fact extremely pleasant. Super patient with my questions about Kid meal versus 6" & 12" sub. Also allowed me time to sign up for rewards. Super accommodating by putting the halves in 2 separate bags. This is my new GO TO for subway !!!!
