Can't say thus is the right one I was visiting the city for the very first time. Can anybody help? I went to the Subway inside a mall I believe across the hall is a Target Store and next door at the Southwest Entrance is a Smothie shop.
I order a takeout order online from the wrong location. I tried contacting the Oakland Park location from the phone number provided, and the number is no good. Then I went online to contact customer service, it only says "to obtain a gift card or get a loyalty balance, go to subway.com" and then disconnects. The customer service online portal only gives options about food, no where to request an order cancellation, refund option, or a number to speak with anyone. I find this process ridiculous.
