Ordered for pickup and they had it ready but still made me wait in line to get my order Edit- ordered online again and they hadn’t even started my order when I got there, I showed up 5 minutes after the given time. They simply do not care how long you have to wait for your food. I order ahead of time for a reason.
The worker took half an hour to make ONE sandwich. there was a line of 10 people. Her excuse was that she’s new. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but… yikes.
You can’t even reach them on there number. They don’t answer and they need to put the mayonnaise on the bread instead of in the middle of all of the vegetables so that when you take one bite all the mayonnaise falls out and now you eat a dry ass sandwich
Terrible is an understatement! This location doesn't follow the hours of operation, you can't contact anyone at the store because they don't answer the phone, and the voicemail doesn't work. I placed an order for pick up at 9:45PM. The website, corporate and online states they close at 11PM. I got there and the lights were off and doors locked.I tried calling both corporate and the actual store. No response! They won't even refund money on mistakes they've made. This is always the worst subway I've ever been to. The kids working here are always rude. Can't follow simple instruction. Can Not make a sandwich to save their life. Their cookies are always burnt. I have been over charged so many times here. YES I want my recipe. Why? Because yall over charge me for things all the time. Train your people please!! Unfortunately this is the one close to my work. And I love Subway😩 just not this one.
